Rose Dahlstrom, MA

LMFT

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in helping recently divorced women reclaim their sense of stability, confidence, and safety. Divorce can feel like the end of a story—but in my practice, I help women recognize that it can also be the beginning of a new, empowered chapter.

For many of my clients, the aftermath of divorce brings not only emotional pain but also practical confusion—about identity, boundaries, parenting, finances, and reentering the world as an individual. Whether the separation was unexpected, high-conflict, or a long time coming, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where women can process the grief of what was, while beginning to rebuild what comes next.

I also understand the systemic and logistical stressors that often accompany this life transition. That’s why I incorporate tools to help clients set achievable goals, navigate legal and financial changes with confidence, and approach dating, career shifts, or solo living with renewed energy.

My practice is both in-person and virtual, allowing for flexibility and accessibility depending on the client’s needs and comfort. I offer individual therapy as well as short-term focused programs for women looking for support in specific areas—such as co-parenting, self-esteem, or setting boundaries.

If you are working with women navigating the early stages of separation and divorce, I would love to connect and collaborate. My goal is to be part of a larger support system that helps women not only survive this transition, but truly thrive on the other side of it.
